Pyrenæerne
Native to Pyrenees alpine meadows. A most desirable dwarf bulb for the garden or rockery. It produces an abundance of bright lilac-pink flowers in April. Ht.3in. A glorious snowmelt spring bulb from the Alps. Bright and vivid pink flowers, verging on magenta and of instant attraction appear in March. The leaves, which follow, are small and very tidy. An alpine meadow species that likes a damp, or even wet, spring and not too dry a summer rest. Easy in a good fertile loam in a garden situation.
